We have always protected workpieces against spatter. Now, we protect the spatter against the workpiece.

The Spatter Shield unit atomizes a special fluid into the shielding gas, creating a mist that forms a shielding layer around the spatter. This prevents it from sticking to the workpiece, tooling or jig. The same shielding layer is created for the torch parts.

The unit is easily installed. One 135ml bottle lasts for welding up to 450kg of welding wire. Suitable for mild steel and stainless steel. Not suitable for aluminum.
